WebI took Diclectin all 40 weeks with my first. Helped reduce but not eliminate the all day nausea in the first trimester and into the second. By the third it took away the nausea which was great and if I stopped taking it I got nauseous again. I'm taking it again this time but it seems like my nausea is worse and it's helping less.

My advice is just to take it day by day and try to cut back as you feel better.
