WebOkay so i fixed the problem. I went to the AppData/Roaming/Sekiro and edited the GraphicsConfig.xml file in notepad. The 5th and 6th lines are for full screen resolution. The 5th line had 1920 but the 6th line had 1200. I changed 1200 to 1080 and the game now works in full screen.
